COMPANY HISTORY

Kariwala & Co LLP was formerly a division of Kariwala Industries Ltd., an award Company in business since 1989. In 2013, having scaled up considerably, we were established as a separate entity.

Kariwala & Co. LLP, is an Accounting, Finance and Compliance outsourcing firm being headed by Anil Kariwala, a CPA from Colorado, a CA and CMA from India.

The firm has a team of Chartered Accountants, Financial Analysts and Accounting graduates who know what they are doing and deliver their expertise to clients across half a dozen countries.

The firm has access to best in class practices and applies them consistently in its operations. We endeavor to do this by providing value-maximizing solutions through business innovation. This has won us awards for Innovation and Productivity from CII – the Confederation of Indian Industry, the largest business platform in India.

Anil Kariwala ( Managing Partner )

Anil Kariwala is a globally respected entrepreneur and UN Awardee for Women Empowerment, known for building purpose-driven, ethical businesses. He leads Kariwala & Co. LLP—a trusted outsourcing and bookkeeping firm he founded in 2013—with the mission of empowering businesses through financial clarity. A CA, CMA, and CPA with executive training from Stanford, Anil blends technical depth with global insight, shaped by travels to over 40 countries. Also a passionate mentor and musician, he has released 11 albums and performed in five charitable concerts. Guided by the principle of “spreading happiness through business with Dharma,” he brings joy, strategy, and integrity to every endeavor.

Bajrang Banthia ( Managing Partner )

Bajrang Banthia ( CA ) is the Managing Director of Ashika Commodities & Derivatives Pvt Ltd and also serves as a Director at Ashika Stock Broking Ltd. He has over 30 years of experience in financial markets, with deep expertise in foreign exchange, commodities, and derivative trading. He began his career in banking as an inter-bank foreign exchange dealer at ANZ Grindlays Bank and later served as Head of FX at Uniworth Textiles, before joining Ashika in 2005 to lead its commodities trading business. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.

Manish Todi ( General Manager )

Mr. Manish Todi, a Chartered Accountant (CA), is a key leader within the Kariwala Group, serving as CFO of Kariwala Industries Ltd. and General Manager for US-based Accounting Clients at Kariwala & Co. LLP. With over a decade of financial leadership, he oversees all financial data, bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting operations for US clients, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction. His prior experience includes senior finance roles at Pidilite Industries Ltd. and Tata Motors, and his ICAI certification, strategic insight, and operational expertise make him instrumental in delivering world-class accounting services and building strong client relationships.
